We want to ensure you enjoy your visit to us regardless of any medical condition, disability, impairment, or learning difficulty. However, as we are known to be the oldest hotel in England, you may wish to give us a call so we can explain the hotel layout.

Should you require a taxi to the hotel we would be delighted to book them on your behalf and ensure a vehicle suitable for wheelchairs is provided if required.

On arrival at the hotel, please ask the driver to tell reception you have arrived and we will provide any assistance required. During your stay with us a member of the team will always be on hand to offer assistance.
