The hotels local cheese supplier has farmed at Hill End Farm since 1910 when William Collingborn established the pedigree friesian herd. Ceri is the fifth generation of the family to have made cheese on the farm. Starting in 2005 she revived the Wiltshire Loaf which went on to win Best Territorial Cheese at the British Cheese Awards.
