This Champagne dinner is a celebration of combining the finest French Champagnes with beautifully cooked taster dishes. Champagne Deutz has been making distinctive champagnes since 1838. The house has upheld the traditions of fine champagne making handed down through five generations.
Chef will create a series of appealing taster dishes to compliment the Champagne and each course taking inspiration from the champagnes selected from the slowly and carefully aged chalk walled cellars beneath the historic village of Ay in the North Eastern region of France.
David Hayward from Gonzalez Byass Wines is our expert host for the evening- he will guide us seamlessly through the wine making process, the different champagnes and the reason for their accompaniment to each course.
7.00pm Your evening starts with a canape reception in the Bar
7.30pm We take you through to the Restaurant to enjoy your taster menu
