Hilary has always enjoyed helping people grow and develop, whether that was in Further and Higher Education in her previous career as a languages teacher and Head of Department or nowadays, working with all ages from 6-86, whether it be to develop confidence, dispel or minimise anxieties IBS, OCD, phobias, fears and depression, help women and their partners enjoy a relaxing, stress free childbirth experience, overcome lack of confidence or lack of sleep, free everyone from pain, exam, presentation and sports performance issues or just be the best you can be, happy, calm, contented and full of energy in your life.
On May 13th Hilary will focus on Mindfulness and hoping to pass on a few tips for staying healthy, calm and happy in your life. The session will be interactive and practical, and you’ll come away feeling refreshed and re-energised or at least knowing where to turn to resolve issues in your life.
Hilary looks forward to meeting you.
Added notes about Hilary Norris- Evans
Since 1997 I have been working in Therapy, Coaching, Mindfulness And NLP. Since 2005, I’ve been training the next generation of hypnotherapy teachers and I’ve been training Mindfulness Teachers more recently as part of The Mindfulness Now team.
I am passionate about my clients, either individuals, groups, teams or organisations reaching their full potential, resolving their issues and being happy and more productive at work and in their personal and social lives.
I’ve worked with small children, students of all ages and abilities, coached CEOs, middle management and teams of employees, helped hospital intensive care units function more effectively, worked on away days at companies as diverse as Intel, The RAC, , Business Link and Swindon College to name but a few and presented internationally on diverse topics such as problem gambling, confidence and work place issues. I’ve written courses and contributed to books and research on diverse topics.
But most of all I want to pass on the good word: through Mindfulness and self-hypnosis, combined with good nutrition, regular exercise and good social networks, you can thrive in today’s frantic world and find peace of mind and high energy.
